Abstract
⺠PLA/PHBV blends were prepared by melt mixing across the entire composition range. ⺠Degradation of PHBV was studied helping to chose adequate processing conditions. ⺠DSC confirms PLA and PHBV immiscibility. ⺠Co-continuous and nodular blend morphologies are obtained as a function of composition. ⺠Blend viscoelastic response demonstrate strong influence of interfaces.
