Abstract
The charge transport in composite films is found to be strongly enhanced by the nanotube insertion. Depending on the SWNTs processing, currents up to 30Â mA, higher by a factor of about 140 than those of the pure poly(1,8-DAN) films, were measured with an applied voltage of 250Â mV.
