Abstract
⺠Synthesis of SiO2/HPC hybrid materials by sol-gel method is presented. ⺠The hybrids were doped with different amounts of silver. ⺠The obtained hybrids were investigated by FT-IR, SEM, EDS and BET analysis. ⺠Antibacterial behavior of the hybrid materials depends on the silver concentration.
