Abstract
⺠We reviewed recent advances on particle assemblies for tissue engineering. ⺠We highlighted the growing importance of colloidal assemblies in regenerative medicine. ⺠Colloidal assemblies afford highly tunable materials for tissue engineering. ⺠Particle assemblies are multifunctional materials adapted for in vivo delivery. ⺠This paper tackles new perspectives brought by colloidal assemblies in tissue engineering.
