Abstract
⺠Biodegradable PHBV copolymers were produced by Bacillus cereus strains. ⺠Anticancer drug EPT was encapsulated within PHBV nanoparticles. ⺠MTT assay showed higher cytotoxic effect of EPT loaded PHBV nanoparticles. ⺠While, pure EPT itself not showed the potent cytotoxic effect in this study.
