Abstract
⺠Fabrication of polysaccharides Xylan/PVA nanofibers for cardiac tissue engineering ⺠Nanofibers characterized by SEM, FT-IR, tensile testing and cell culture studies ⺠Isolation of cardiac cells and cultured on Xylan/PVA nanofibrous scaffolds ⺠Cultured cells on 24 h Glu cross-linked fibers expressed normal cardiac proteins. ⺠These nanofibers may have potential for the regeneration of myocardial infarction.
