Abstract
⺠Silk fibroins were immobilized onto PET films with or without the linker of PAA. ⺠Various techniques were performed to characterize the modified surfaces ⺠Plasma treatment followed by SF dip coating introduced more SF onto PET films. ⺠Compare to PET-PAA-SF, PET-SF has better biocompatibility base on MSCs culture.
