Abstract
⺠Chitosan based nanofiber fabrication through electrospinning. ⺠Roles of solution viscosity and yield stress on spinnability of chitosan evidenced. ⺠Tripolyphosphate (TPP) cross-linking rendered structural stability to nanofibers. ⺠TPP cross-linking also improved cellular response on chitosan based nanofibers. ⺠Thus, chitosan based nanofibers are suitable for tissue engineering application.
