Abstract
⺠TiO2 nanotube arrays have been prepared by anodization on Co-28Cr-6Mo alloy. ⺠Ti/Au/Ti trilayer and elevated temperature sputtered films are favorable for the formation of TiO2 nanotubes. ⺠The optimized electrolyte content for the growth of TiO2 nanotubes is obtained. ⺠The osteoblast cells on the nanotube surface show prominent filopodia.
