Abstract
⺠Mg ion was coated onto surface of SLA treated titanium via vacuum arc source ion implantation method. ⺠The morphological characteristics did not change after Mg ion implantation. ⺠Mg ion implanted SLA Ti is highly cytocompatible. ⺠Initial cell adhesion of MSCs is improved by Mg ion implantation. ⺠Mg ion implantation improved the differentiation of MSCs into osteoblast.
