Abstract
► A novel in situ gel was synthesized by N-isopropylacrylamide. ► The gel was prepared with biodegradable crosslinker. ► The prepared copolymer shows a temperature-dependent sol-gel transition. ► In vitro drug release behavior was studied. ► The copolymer could provide a sustained release profile for hydrophilic drugs.
