Abstract
⺠A novel in situ gel was synthesized by N-isopropylacrylamide. ⺠The gel was prepared with biodegradable crosslinker. ⺠The prepared copolymer shows a temperature-dependent sol-gel transition. ⺠In vitro drug release behavior was studied. ⺠The copolymer could provide a sustained release profile for hydrophilic drugs.
