Abstract
⺠Nanoparticles consisting of PBA rubbery core and a PMMA shell were synthesized. ⺠Core-shell nanoparticles were characterized by DMA, SEM and TEM. ⺠Bone cements were prepared with variable amounts of core-shell nanoparticles. ⺠Fracture toughness of cements was increased when particles were incorporated.
