Abstract
⺠Nanocapsules containing a hydrophobic metallophthalocyanine (ClAlPc) were developed. ⺠The colloidal formulations were characterized by their physicochemical parameters. ⺠ClAlPc nanocapsules were used for the photosensitization of human melanoma cell lines. ⺠Phototoxicity was achieved with low ClAlPc nanocapsules concentration and light dose.
