Abstract
⺠Polyelectrolyte nanocapsules containing silver nanoparticles have been fabricated. ⺠Drug encapsulation using nanocapsules was successfully carried out. ⺠Due to presence of silver nanoparticles, capsules could ruptured by sonication. ⺠Release of model drug was rapid and efficient under sonication with nanocapsules. ⺠An efficient drug delivery system for remote release has been demonstrated.
