Abstract
⺠A facile method to prepare the glutaraldehyde (GA) cross-linked collagen/chitosan porous scaffold was developed. ⺠Shortcomings of the previous method such as surface collapse, cracks are overcome. ⺠Residual GA of the scaffold can be removed by simply dried in oven. ⺠Good cytocompatibility of the scaffold is retained.
