Abstract
⺠Preliminary evaluation of haemo- and cytocompatibility of newly-synthesised acrylic copolymers ⺠Materials adsorb higher amounts of albumin and with a faster rate than fibrinogen. ⺠Protein adsorption depended on the macromolecular composition and surface properties. ⺠Cell viability on pure samples and efficacy of paclitaxel release were verified in C2C12 cultures.
