Abstract
⺠Bone-like minerals coated on PLGA using different methods of mixing BSA with mSBF. ⺠Premixing BSA with CaCl2 provides a thick mineral layer aligned to the c-axis. ⺠Mineral formed by premixing BSA with KH2PO4 has a low crystallinity. ⺠Chemical binding BSA with inorganic ions in mSBF affects crystallinity of mineral.
