Abstract
⺠AuSG_7 nanoparticles are able to interact with lysozyme amyloids at acidic pH. ⺠These nanoparticles reduce the amyloid aggregates by promoting depolymerization. ⺠AuSG_7 nanoparticles display inhibitory action on lysozyme amyloid aggregation. ⺠The half inhibition concentration (IC50) for AuSG_7 nanoparticles is 6.19 μg/ml. ⺠The half depolymerization nanoparticles concentration (DC50) is 8.26 μg/ml.
