⺠After decades of neglect, neighborhoods have resurfaced as political spaces in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. ⺠Middle-class neighborhood movements exhibit localist proclivities in their aspirations and issue framings. ⺠The city's transnationalization and position within a neoliberalized Argentine state shape neighborhood struggles.
