Abstract
In this paper, barium titanate nanopowders were obtained by combination of sol-gel and hydrothermal methods, starting from tetrabutyltitanate and barium acetate. Our work was focused on low-temperature synthesis route, as well as structural and morphological characterization of the resulted nanopowders. Moreover, the structure type of barium titanate and magnetic behavior were established.
