Abstract
α-MoO3 thin films were deposited onto a glass substrate with 0.01 M ammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate as a precursor salt and deionized water as solvent using spray pyrolysis technique. The influence of precursor solution volume on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties were analysed and reported.
