Abstract
In this sense, the thermodynamic description of the ZrO2-CaO-MgO system and its lower order subsystems was achieved and a set of self-consistent parameters reproducing most of the experimental data was obtained. The approach used makes the theoretical estimation of the phase diagrams possible, even in regions with limited or nonexistent experimental information, as is the case of the low temperature range in the ternary system studied.
