- RE/ZrO2 (REÂ =Â Sm, Eu) nano-materials have been successfully synthesized.
- Defect and electron structures determine the absorption properties on visible light.
- Nano-sized Zr0.8Sm0.2O2âδ has good visible-light-responsive photocatalytic activities.
