Abstract
- Antimony doped BaTiO3 was prepared by modified polymeric precursor method.
- Change of structure from tetragonal to pseudo-cubic by doping.
- Antimony affected the change of ferro-para phase transition.
- The diffuseness factor showed the formation of diffuse ferroelectric material.
- Dielectric permittivity of heavily doped BaTiO3 was much higher than in pure BaTiO3.
