Abstract
- High quality epitaxial thin films of layered Ruddlesden-Popper nickelates were prepared.
- For the first time this has been achieved by the PLD process.
- n = 1, 2 and 3 films were successfully deposited on SrTiO3 and NdGaO3 substrates.
- c-Axis oriented films were confirmed by XRD analysis.
- In-plane and out-of-plane strain effects on lattice are discussed.
