Abstract
- The nanoceramics of La/Mn modified PbTiO3 are synthesized by mechano-thermal route.
- Materials have been characterized using various experimental methods.
- Drastic change in dielectric and electrical properties of PbTiO3 has been observed.
- The high dielectric constant makes the material very promising candidate for DRAM.
- The Mn substitution also makes the material useful for piezoelectric devices.
