Abstract
Porous nano-structured VO2 films with sphere-shaped, stone-shaped, and rod-shaped particles had been prepared by sol-gel method. Different morphologies could be obtained by simply controlling N2 flow parameters, providing an effective process for growing high quality thermochromic VO2 films with controllable hysteresis features (width and slope).
