Abstract
- Diffusion mediated agglomeration of CdS nanoparticles are discussed.
- Formation of CdS nanoparticles are confirmed by the change of chain length in XRD.
- AFM shows the agglomeration of particles with a film swelling of about 5Â Ã .
- UV-vis absorbance suggests that the grown particles show quantum confinement.
- Hexagonal form of particle was confirmed by UV-vis reflectivity.
