Abstract
â¶ Research highlights â¶ TbF3 nanopeanut was prepared via sonochemical method. â¶ The morphologies of TbF3 can be tuned by ultrasound irradiation and fluoride source. â¶ The TbF3 nanopeanut shows high photoluminescence intensity.
