Abstract
âºIn this work, we have reported for the first time to our knowledge evidence of the monoclinic-MoO2 to α-MoO3 transition induced by a low power cw-laser. âºThis material can be a good candidate for optical recording applications. âºThe transition threshold, from m-MoO2 to α-MoO3 was determined by in-situ micro-Raman spectroscopy.
