Abstract
 We investigated figures of merit of La-doped SrTiO3 prepared by combustion synthesis (CS) with post-spark plasma sintering (SPS), focusing mainly on the effect of sintering time. Sr0.92La0.08TiO3 samples prepared by CS from oxides, carbonates, metals, and sodium perchlorate were SPSed at 1573 K for 1, 5, 15, and 30 min to measure their thermoelectric properties from room temperature to 1173 K. The 5-min-sintered sample recorded the largest figure of merit of 0.37 at 1045 K.
