Abstract
The superplastic deformation behavior of Ti-1100 composite reinforced with TiB and TiC was studied. A maximum elongation of 429% was obtained. The calculated activation energy values vary between different temperature ranges, which indicates that the deformation of the composite was controlled by a different mechanism at these different temperatures.
