Abstract
MnAl/Ag granular thin films with the L10 structure have been prepared by sputtering MnAl/Ag peusdo-multilayer precursors at a temperature around 200 °C. The effects of the bilayer thicknesses and post-annealing heat treatment on the particle structure, microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated.
