Abstract
Deformation behavior of submicron grain size Al-1.5Mg was studied using strain rate change tests. Compared to the annealed state, the strain rate sensitivity of the pressed materials increased, its peak shifted to lower temperatures and the dynamic strain aging regime at the lower temperatures was suppressed.
