Abstract
Textured p-type (Bi,Sb)2Te3 has been fabricated through zone melting and spark plasma sintering (SPS) techniques. The optimal figure of merit (ZT) of the sintered materials reached 1.15, which was about 115% of that of the zone-melted ingot material. The bending strength was greatly improved (from about 10 to 80Â MPa).
