Abstract
The maximum tensile stress of hydrogen pre-charged specimens during slow strain rate test decreased in a power law manner with increasing diffusible hydrogen content in the presence of intergranular fracture. The lower hydrogen degradation susceptibility at a lower strength level is due to delayed onset of intergranular fracture.
