Abstract
The effect of cold rolling followed by annealing on the martensitic transformation behaviour of a NiTi alloy has been studied by means of the DSC, electron microscopy and electrical resistivity measurements. It was found that after the applied treatment both the B2 â R-phase and R â B19â² martensitic transformations are two-stage transformations.
