Abstract
Chemical diffusion coefficient in the L12 ordered compound Ir3Nb has been measured by single-phase interdiffusion experiments in the temperature range from 1750 to 1950 °C. The diffusion coefficient is described by the pre-exponential factor of 10â5.3±1.1 m2 sâ1 and the activation energy of 4.83 ± 0.44 eV.
