Abstract
ⶠThis paper report that the front-side illuminated dye-sensitized solar cells with TiO2 nanotube arrays/FTO based photoanode were fabricated by a simple detachment and transfer method. Under simulated AM 1.5 light illumination, the TiO2-nanotube/FTO glass based DSSCs exhibited a Jsc of 3.68 mA cmâ2, a Voc (open-circuit voltage) of 0.795 V and a FF (fill factor) of 61%, with a photoconversion efficiency of 1.78%. It shows a two-times higher value compared to that of a TiO2-nanotube/Ti-substrate based DSSCs.
