Abstract
ⶠCubic and tetragonal phases of Y3Fe5O12 appear around 650 °C with no trace of YFeO3. ⶠA single cubic-phase of Y3Fe5O12 nanocrystals is obtained around 750 °C. ⶠY3Fe5O12 nanocrystals grow almost linearly as a function of the temperature. ⶠSaturation magnetization shows a nonlinear increase from 0.24 to 24.54 emu gâ1.
