Abstract
ⶠCuInSe2 can be electrodeposited on TCO coated with TiO2 and TiO2/In2S3 layers. ⶠAfter annealing in sulfur the replacement of Se by S in the structure is evident. ⶠCombining the sulfurization with KCN etching adjusts the stoichiometry. ⶠIncorporating In2S3 as buffer layer the solar cell efficiency improves 10 times.
