Abstract
Highly ordered Ag nanowire arrays with high aspect ratio and highly dense self-supporting Ag nanowire patterns were successfully prepared using cyclic voltammetry with the assistance of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template from AgNO3 aqueous solution without any additives. The diameter of the Ag nanowire in the arrays is about 60 nm and the length can be tuned from 30 to 1 μm or even shorter with the aspect ratio from 500 to 5.
