Abstract
► We developed a new colloidal synthesis of SnS QDs with a size of 4 nm. ► The synthesis is carried out at room temperature. ► The optical absorption, studied by UV-vis spectroscopy and PDS, shows that the band gap is 1.6 eV. ► TR-TUNA AFM studies showed that the QDs are electrically conductive. ► By single measurement we are able to get simultaneously the topography and current maps of QDs.
