Abstract
⺠The different shaped pulse sequences lead to the different temperature evolution. ⺠The electron heat conductivity for the shaped pulse case is higher. ⺠The results show that the ablation depth is enhanced in the shaped pulse sequences mode. ⺠The improvement of the machining efficiency was found.
