Abstract
⺠We present a modified model for wavelength conversion in a silicon micro-ring resonator. ⺠The nonlinear phase shifts cause different red shifts for the pump and signal resonant wavelengths and hence affect the conversion efficiency. ⺠The conversion peak width is broader in a resonator with a smaller Q factor.
