Abstract
⺠We give an example that energy can travel faster than light for the first time. ⺠Only energy flow velocity can play the role of the velocity in mechanics. ⺠The group velocity and others are unqualified but happens to be equal sometimes. ⺠This counter example of SR is helpful to study tachyons of particle physics. ⺠It is also useful to explain superluminal motion observed in astronomy, etc.
