Abstract
⺠Incidence light is the one with radial polarization. ⺠Phase-encoding, amplitude modulation and combination of dual-beams is utilized. ⺠A focal spot with ultra-long depth of focus is generated. ⺠This focal spot also possesses a size of sub-half-wavelength radius.
