Abstract
⺠The great advantage of our methodology is that the model potential of a quantum dot possesses the finite height and range. ⺠The nonlinear optical properties of the D- system are strongly dependent on the confinement barrier height and the dot radius. ⺠The impurity and its position have a great influence on the nonlinear optical absorptions.
