Abstract
⺠The structure presents three energy levels in the studied laser parameter range. ⺠The transition energy decreases in the large laser parameter region. ⺠The oscillator strength presents a growing for small laser amplitudes. ⺠Total refractive index change peaks show red-shifts under laser radiation. ⺠Total refractive index changes enhance more intense as the relaxation time increases under laser radiation.
