Abstract
⺠This article considers designing 1D gratings for EOT. ⺠We use numerical optimization to find grating parameters. ⺠Fabry-Perot resonance condition is used to ensure resonance at a desired wavelength. ⺠Our method provides grating parameters based upon grating and substrate materials.
